It’s supossed to help the problem, idk if my body is just getting used to not smoking or what, but it happens every single time I try to quit smoking. I’m not on any meds. I want to try to get healthier before i resort to that, anyone have any suggestions?

I think that your heart races because of some fear related to giving up the habit. Or it could be due to a shift in the way that your body processes endocrines because it is freed from dealing with the effects of nicotine. Hypnosis might help because it can counteract the internal pressure caused by stopping smoking.
